Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at Hairshots.com, we will gladly refund or exchange any unused and resalable merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Naturally, we cannot accept returns on overly used products or products not bought online at HairShots.com.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Purchases of sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
To return items purchased from Hairshots.com, please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.
- Contact us to initiate your return.
- Pack and seal your original order including all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging. Include a copy of your packing slip with your return shipment.
- We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to: Hair Shots, Attention: Online Returns, 8136 Rosemont Drive, Plano TX 75025.
- Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
- Returned products are subject to inspection by Hairshots.com staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials and any original product packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

If you purchased a product at a boutique or retail store, please return it to the location where it was purchased. Sorry, but we are unable to take returns on products not bought online at HairShots.com.
