Happy Autumn Sunday my friends! Have you got your favorite bottle of hair freshener nearby? Because it’s time for World Health Day and I think we should all take a moment for mental health. Let me tell you, I can get myself worked up and stressed out so easily. Usually while I’m trying to work, which then of course doesn’t help me accomplish anything.
Hair Freshener Relaxation
I feel like there are so many things in this world that really take a toll on us emotionally. That’s life though right? But here’s the thing, it’s okay if it happens to you. It happens to us all. What’s important is when we recognize when we are in a funky emotional vibe and take a moment, a day, a week if you need, to truly relax and let the worries fall away.
One of the things that I do in order to de-stress is practicing some yoga with a little aromatherapy. I turn all the lights off except one, very low lighting, I put on some slow instrumental music, and I spray my yoga with Bamboo hair fragrance. No seriously, I’m always telling people that Hair Shots can be used for more than just a hair perfume! Bamboo is my favorite mist to spray on my mat because of it’s rich woodsy scent mixed with subtleness of flora. It truly makes me feel like I’m in a peaceful forrest in Bali surrounded my beautiful flowers and a soft stream of water.
