Holy crap it’s 2021. Grab your bottle of hair perfume and hold on tight because I cannot believe how fast we got through 2020. Somehow the slowest yet quickest year has past and woah was it crazy. The year we quarantined. Can you believe it?

Raise your hand if you gained that quarantine 15. I sure did. I know it can seem cliche to have your new year’s resolution be to lose weight, but listen to me. I’m not going into 2021 just trying to lose weight (weight gained during the most stressful and insane year of our lives!), I’m striving to be a better me. And for me, that means drinking more water and being more active. Even if it’s just making sure to get outside and take a daily walk. Getting fresh air is so important! And if I lose some of that extra weight, then bonus for me. Either way, it’s important to set goals for yourself this year that are things you really want to achieve! Not things the world says you should.
