Well it’s Memorial Day weekend and I have to say how grateful I am to have you guys, my hair perfume family, in my life. Yes, that’s right, I consider you all family. Because without you, Hair Shots wouldn’t be where it is today.
Hair Perfume to the Rescue
When holidays come around like these, ones that celebrate the lives of those given in order for us to have our freedom, I can’t help but to reflect on everything in my life. I think of my family, and how they mean the world to me. I think of those in charge of my country and pray they make the right decisions. And I think of my passion, my company, Hair Shots. Now you may be thinking to yourself, where are you going with this Amy? Well I’ll tell you. Does my company save lives? Not exactly. Does it cure cancer? No. But what I think my hair perfume does help with though, is self confidence. And having confidence and strong self esteem can go a long way, especially for little girls. That’s one of the reasons I started this company, to give something fun and useful to my daughter and her friends. Something as simple as having hair that smells like Strawberries can make the difference in how her day goes. Maybe she’s running late and gets to work feeling so frazzled and a mess, but someone stops her and says, “hey, I love the way your hair smells!” Bam, a simple compliment is an instant mood changer, isn’t it? Haven’t you ever been feeling down and someone tells you they love your shoes and suddenly your mind switches over to some healthy feelings. I know that’s how it always works for me!
So I just want to tell you, your hair smells great. Your outfit is on fire. And your inner beauty is shining through. Please spend time with those you love this weekend.
